Why does my ear crackle every time I swallow?

F28 My right ear crackles/squeaks every time I swallow and it's driving me mad. I seriously feel like I'm going to pull my hair out. It's been like this for about 3 weeks at this point. When I close my nose and blow it clears for like a second until I swallow again and it's right back to squeaking/crackling. People keep saying Eustachian tube dysfunction but there's no way to treat that? I can't live like this I am seriously on the verge of fucking tears. The only meds I take are Zyrtec and Flonase.
